A XXI Century Issue
About five centuries ago, the human race - for the first time in a million-year history - began an increasingly disciplined study of itself and the whole world. In theresulting“evolutionary instant”, we have already discovered enough about laws of physics to fundamentally change our conditions and capacities. We may possess the power to transform our entire planet - and ourselves - for good or ill.
Either way, this accelerating process is forcing many attitudes and adjustments on all newly-powered individuals, societies - indeed on the whole species. More specifically, this unavoidable challenge causes us all to make major decisions about whether and how to change the ways our species has “always” acted. We must examine how societies have viewed, and related to, their own and other societies, and treated the natural world around them. Why? Each person now being a member of a surviving group(state?), fighting/competing/cooperating with others individuals or groups for dominance/benefits/survival, and also able to threaten any function or survival of the environment, has“suddenly”become one of a species with potential planetary-scale creation or destruction. At minimum, this demands that all traditional human perceptions, relations and institutions be carefully questioned - not just because they may be false or dangerous, but because their optimum value is new. Difficult issues force individuals/societies to test old views.
These are the sort of basic questions being forced on human society by totally novel circumstances, and which, even if neither acknowledged nor recognized, lie behind millions of large and small debates taking place all over the world today. They reflect legitimate differences of perception created by the rapid speed and great depth of change now transforming every society on earth. This does not imply conceding all global issues to a world government or even to the UN. We neither need nor could agree to give one world authority such pervasive, let alone binding, powers. Our aim - and our limited capacity - must be to select carefully - in rapidly changing circumstances - the optimum levels or institutions to deal with at least the most pressing issues, and then to assign them the essential powers to do the job. On the other hand, our past allocation of duties and powers mainly to sovereign states no longer fits our changed or changing circumstances. These optimum levels now include many more geographic and functional interests than our species has been used to consulting, or even recognizing.
The Begining of a Lawyer Success
The lawyer's career like many other branches of knowledge start at the university. Needless to obtain a simple law degree to ensure success.
The success begins to be built along the process of training that we live in the University. It is the ideal place to build a circle of friends that in the future will be a vital support for the exercise of the profession. Likewise, the university is an ideal place to build the image that will sell the future lawyer. That is, to the extent that it is a good student, demonstrate skills, the same teachers are the ones who are going to take care of the hand to the field of practice.
Many others argue that professional success is beginning to build when you finish college. It is through by relationships, family lineages or economic power that may arise, and therefore the university is useless, because these are the only factors that determine the real success.
Perhaps the Lineage family and economic power will facilitate the road to access the circle of lawyers successful, but if you do not have a comprehensive and thorough academic training, at some point in the race should reveal gaps of the person who will that the lawyer pirda respect and reputation. For that reason it is essential to be excellent student who is the life that brings the opportunities that will enable those who are put into practice their talents.

Argumentative Essay
How useful it would be get alone with foreigners?
Get alone with foreigners. This is a sentence that day after day is more and more frecuently in the life of latin people. However, try to find out the impact of that kind of experience is what we have to figure out, in order to conclude about the benefits or injuryes of the globalization in the latin life style.
Every day are more people in Colombia wishing to emigrate to other countries to learn its lenguage and live and new experiences. Try to go away of everyday life, leaving the old habits to one side and adpt to new study seize opportunities to strengthen academic training, and live new experiences to help overcome old fears and enrich personality.
However, not always this kind of experience can be fruitful for the colombians in terms of human growth. While it is true that when a peson faces new experiences living in new worlds, overcomes fears and gain confidence in itself, this confidence, when the person returned to the country, can become in arrogance, sometimes it generate the idea to belive more than the others who ha no had the same chance to live it. Therefore, the adulation for having lived abroad, takes courage to everything that they won, and instead keeps the Colombian or the Latin of their true roots, and its essence of which is by nature, "being humble".
Accordingly, when the time comes to return to the country where we were born, we must remember who we are and try to implemet all the good things we learned in all fields of life and personal relationships, family, friends, work, business, etc... In order to enrich our culture, and protecting it from anything that steals it essence.

Class Asignment
International English
As a colombian citizen i have felt the importance of english in my life and in others as well. At the same time, as a law student i have felt the importance of english in my career.
As a colombian because day by day there are more foreign people who is comming to visit our country to tourist. I have had the oportunity to be homestay of thouse who are looking for a family while their stay in Colombia. Most of then came knowing any word of spanish, so i most help then to feel confort using the lenguage of english to comunicate and explain how is the point.
On the other hand, as a law student i uderstood that the new reality of the law is that it leave to be an internal group of norms protected by the principle of soverignty of all states. Modern law has developed new international rules and institutions which beated the bounderies of soverignity and obliged the states and individuals to act in order with that kind of rules, otherwise they will face it. So, i need english to make an approach to that kind of rules that make part of our internal law, and because someday i will be facing an international tribunal defending interests of mi clients.
because the reality of the modern lauyer express that is a need of all attorney understand and interpretate the whole gorups of legal systems in order to find the best rules.

It says that, when the topic has been assigned. In that order the best road is formulate a the problem trhough a question shape. In the same way, this link showed me how to write a thesis statetment when the topic hasn´t been assigned. To that work, we need to identified a problem, and after that, try to formulate a question related with it.
